SAPA JOIN GROUP TOUR 2 DAYS 3 NIGHTS

Day 1: Overnight train to Sapa

  • Click to large19.30 Pick up at hotel in Hanoi, transfer to railway station for the overnight train to Sapa, train departs at 20.30.

Day 2: Ta van  - Lao Chai villages.

  • Click to large6h00 : Arrive Lao Cai, our guide pick you up and go by car to go Sapa Welcome to Hotel for Breakfast.

  • 10h00 we leave the hotel and start a 3 hour trek to Lao Chai village of Black Hmong people. The first part is on the road but we soon turn to the right and walk on a small path down the valley to the Muong Hoa River and from here to the Black H???mong village Lao Chai San or Lao Chai in local language. Black H???mong is one of the biggest minority groups in Vietnam. They are proud of their culture and keep their traditions and way of living. They have their own language and wear traditional indigio blue clothing. After this you continue to Ta Van village to visit Zay people. Zay is a fairly small minority group who live mainly in the mountains in the Northwest. This is a absolutely spectacular walk through stunning scenery inhabited by some of the friendliest people you can meet. The remainder of your afternoon is at leisure to explore this fascinating hillside town

Day 3: Cat Cat valley, train back to Hanoi

  • Click to largeOur guide will pick you up for a short walk down to the Hmong Cat Cat Village, located in a beautiful valley just outside Sapa. Cat Cat is home to the H'mong people who originated from China about 3,000 years ago. The H'mong people are easily recognisable by their dark blue or black clothing, dyed using the juice of indigo plants, which are native to the area. H'mong women wear long aprons with embroidered waistcoats and have their hair rolled up into a turban-like hat, while the men wear black skullcaps, long waistcoats and loose trousers.
    In the afternoon you are free at your leisure until your transfer to the train station for the overnight train back to Hanoi. Tour ends on arrival at Hanoi Railway station.
